Introductions
Welcome to HDR's first annual hunting competition held here at our headquarters in gold ol Mississippi, US. We are proud to launch our first annual sporting event at the beginning of our established location. This event we will be focusing on three different game targets and at three different times of day. This month we decided to focus on the term, "Teamwork", and how important this term means when working with a group of dogs. We want all our hunters to bring their best dogs and come with a fun time in mind. Although this is a competition, we do enforce good sportsmanship when it comes to our events.

About the Show
This show is a three day event with three events to show what you and your dogs are made of. Below is listed with the layout of how this show will be held. All of the hunts will be held on the second day.

The events that are held on the second day will all be categorized into three separate hunts. Each time of day effects the type of game you will find as well as to give you a upper hand to show off your dogs unique hunting style when it comes to the game of choice. The game of choice is the game of which you will be hunting during the time period.

Early Bird Hunt
-Time of day: Before the sun comes out, very dark and moon light is your only guide. Very cold this time of morning, any breath will show fog as it will be hotter than the atmosphere. However it is very silent and easy to hear prey as it is walking around. During this time frame you will be hunting up until 8am in the morning.
-Game of choice: Deer

Mid-Day Brawl Hunt
-Time of day: The sun is still out, during the afternoon going on into the late evening. The sun is high so the earth is warm this day, here it is about 70 degrees on this day. Jackets and long sleeve shirts will be necessary as it may rain off and on. During this time frame you will be hunting up until 8pm at night.
-Game of choice: Boar / Wild Pigs

Night Owl Hunt
-Time of day: Only light is from the moon as well as some lit torches and lanterns, the flickers of light bounce off all the animals eyes with in the forest. Almost silent during the time of year as it is winter. During this time frame you will be hunting up until 2am in the morning.
-Game of choice: Possum

The Rules
- You are allowed to enter solo dogs, or teams of four max
- If you place both dogs on one entry, they
- There will be no re-using of old or pre-made lines for this show
- The work must be done by you, no tracing or using free lines
- Backgrounds can be full to half full, dogs may be full or half body shown
- Dogs must be at least two years of age
- This is an Effort show, However due to lack of entries, I will be entering my own dogs, however they cannot place above 2nd.

- I may enter in this event, but cannot place above third place

- You must own the dog you are entering, Co-owned dogs are acceptable

- You must be a member of this kennel-club or any affiliated kennel club (TDH | TKC)

- You are allowed up to two extra images

- No matter which event you enter, all events will be judged against each other.

- Dogs who are titled within “Game of choice” will be given an extra point.

Judging

Judging will be done by our Chiefs of Showmanship; Arnold Marsh, Johnny Caine, & Jessica Hall. Below is what is expected to or can be shown within each entry. You do not have to have all listed below in the picture to win, as well as if you drew something for every category that does not mean you will win automatically. With this grading system, the lowest score you can have will be one, and the highest will be a five. You can win a total of thirty-six.

Awards & Prizes

1) First Place: A “Your dog here image” with your winning dog(s) next to the winning trophy and the winning dead game next to him/her!

2) Second Place: A ribbon and a full title set of any dog of your choice!

3) Third Place: A ribbon and one title of any dog of your choice!
